The TCC Collective is designed exclusively for beauty professionals — stylists, estheticians, nail artists, barbers, and anyone who stands behind a chair. If you are committed to showing up with more awareness, intention, and care, this membership was built for you.
Do I need to take the TCC course before joining?
The membership is open to all beauty professionals. However, your TCC directory listing is reserved exclusively for those who have completed the TCC certification course — because that listing is a credential, not just a profile.
What is the difference between the free and paid membership?
The free Community tier welcomes you into the movement — with access to our newsletter, private community group, and directory listing upon certification. The paid membership is where the deeper work lives — expert trainings, business tools, downloadable resources, anonymous guidance, and so much more.
What is the Founding Member offer?
The first 100 members who join annually will be grandfathered at the founding rate of $170 per year — forever. No matter where pricing goes as the movement grows, your rate never changes.
